Description
The recently developed community of Al Barsha has become a very sought-after neighbourhood. Prefered by both locals and expats, the area is one of the most convenient to live in, with easy access to all of Dubai.
Al Barsha is known for its natural energy and vivaciousness. The Emirati ownership in the area contributes to a more traditional and cultural feel.
Geographically, it is a safe and quiet area with large, standalone villas and new apartment blocks. It is one of the relatively new communities located in the west part of the city, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
The majority buildings in the area typically have facilities such as luxury pools, gyms, spas and play areas for children.
